These shoes allow natural movement. I've tried both sprinting and jogging in these and I'm pleased to say that these shoes are just awesome. These are definitely one of the lightest and most balanced pair of running shoes that I've ever owned.

Vaya que necesitaba ya de unos tenis nuevos y en lo primero que pensé fue... tiene que ser nike otra vez, he usado de otras marcas y si, comodos y lo que sea, pero estos me parecieron muy comodos, muy ligeros, este modelo es un poco diferente para ponerselo ya que tardo un poco mas pero ya que te los amarras sientes una comodidad que es por lo que pagas, por comodos y duraderos claro, asi que me siento muy satisfecho con ellos, son un poco diferentes a los tradicionales pero no se nota a simple vista, la verdad los recomiendo sin dudarlo.

These shoes are so great, I searched specifically for the 2017 model. Good for several hundred miles. They do fit smaller than expected, so plan to order .5 to 1 size up. These shoes are so light, provide support and make you feel like you can run for miles. 10/10 would recommend. I wish these were still sold regularly today.
